NAME-OF-SUBMISSION: Prof C. Uckoo (customized Sir Shilling Copperpenny)
STORY: :The Professor is Retropolis' clockwork timekeeper (don't call him a time lord he doesn't like it).
He's the one in making sure everything runs smoothly and on time! In theory no one should be late .... ever.
However, Prof Uckoo is always running slow... his mechanism have worn down over time, and is always needing winding up (just call him The Doctor.... that should do it!!!)
The other citizens of Retropolis stopped depending on him years ago. The running joke is that he's always tells the right time twice a day... but most of the time these days it always Beer o'clock for the professor.... but strangely never last orders!!"
