Toy-Release: C2E2 Exclusive Chicago Dog Plush by Shawnimals

It's the Chicago Dog, limited edition, handmade plush by Shawnimals for the upcoming Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo (better known as C2E2) coming to McCormick Place in just two short weeks."PRODUCT-PRESS: The 6-inch tall Chicago Dog comes in a clear poly-bag with printed topper laying on his bun alongside the menagerie of toppings, and is signed and numbered for the hardcore collectors out there.
Shawnimals will have 100 dogs on hand at the show, available directly from its booth for US$25 each. While Shawnimals will release the plush on the first day of the show, it plans to ear-mark around 1/3 of the total units made available for each day. Also, should there be units left after the show, they'll be put online some time soon after. C2E2 dates are April 16-18, 2010 at McCormick Place.

Known for its love of ninjas, moustaches and hot dogs, Shawnimals has created an adorably delicious exclusive for the upcoming Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo in Chicago. The Chicago Dog is a limited edition, handmade plush that comes with all of the appropriate Chicago Hot Dog felt fixings!
For those non-Chicagoans out there, the toppings are quite specific: A hot dog of course, mustard, onions, neon green relish, sport peppers, tomato slices, and a pickle, all on a poppy seed bun. Let's not forget the celery salt. That's it. No ketchup, no cheese, no fancy. Okay, full disclosure: Shawnimals didn't sprinkle celery salt on the plush itself, but they did put a minuscule amount in the stuffing to ensure the highest level of accuracy from one dog to the next.
