"The Beijing Gathering event is primarily an art show, but as with our Hong Kong Venture show we thought it would be fun to release some special toys to celebrate" ~ begins the e-newsletter message for ThreeA Toys's Special Preview for the upcoming BEIJING GATHERING event @ Sanlitun Village South [tagged] featuring a toy-reveal spectacular showcasing Large Martin, Tomorrow Queen and King, de Plumes both in 1/6th and 1/12th-scale, and Adventure Kartel denizens ~ basically everyone in the group shot shown above ~ alongside offerings from 3A Publishing!

The largest 1/6-scaled production toy currently in 3A Toys' stable; LARGE MARTIN makes a comeback in this "Security" edition, while "U-Etto Pinku No Niko" TOMORROW QUEEN [previously teased] blinds delicate eyes with her shocking neon pink get-up. Oh ye gawds I LIKE! I WAAAAANT!
- Priced at US$300 per ~ Hatchery Large Martin to be released from June 25th.
- Tomorrow Queen Niko will be priced at US$120 per.
One of the more strikingly colored de Plume thus far (what with the blood-red and sun-burst yellow tunic): KUAN TI PLUME: The First Fallen is revealed in this newsletter. Liking the additional fabric wrapped around Kaun Ti's mask-hose tho. This exclusive Beijing de Plume will see a release on June 27th with a SRP of US$130 per.

Guan Yu was deified as early as the Sui Dynasty and is still worshipped by some Chinese people today, especially in southern China and Hong Kong and their descendants overseas. Now this clears up my earlier query (that this is a separate Hatchery TK from the "Hatchery TK Invite" figure). Spotting twin cleavers and a severed bot head, ELITE HATCHERY GUARD TK (Tomorrow King) stands 12" tall at 1/6th-scale and will be released on June 25th ~ priced at US$150 per.
The exclusive Two-Eyed Beijing BADBOT [revealed here / not to be confused with the One-Eyed Badbot] will be made available at the venue from June 26th, while a very limited quantity will be put online via Bambalandstore.com on June 23rd from 9am (Hong Kong time) ~ First come first served!
Note: As per the previous Price List, Badbot is US$150 per (altho it indicates price at venue and might not reflect shipping costs if purchase online)
The Adventure Kartel Adventure Saturday Set features four 1/6th-scaled articulated figures, namely: Ghost Shadow, Missonary Zomb, Shadow Tommy and Shadow Zombot. While we have seen the latter three [PEEP], the "Ghost" version of Lil Shadow remains unrevealed in full, except for the little image peeking from the header-photo up top of this post :)
The Adventure Kartel Adventure Saturday Set will see a release from June 26th at the exhibition venue (Priced at US$320 per set), while an online release is scheduled for June 23rd @ 9am (Hong Kong time). First-come-first-served at Bambalandstore.com!
And while Popbot has just seen an online release, the little Kitty will be made available at the event as the DIY White figure (previously available as part of the "Underverse 3Pack"), which will come bagged and tagged. No prices listed.

We will be offerng a very limited qty of Badbot and the Adventure Kartel Adventure set on the 23rd of June at Bambalandstore.com come 9-00am Hong Kong time. Due to limited nature of these toys, at both Beijing and in the Bambaland store, BE EARLY!
Also in this newsletter, images of the 1:1 square and sculptures from Dorophy Tang and Kenny Wong, both of whom along with Phil Hale, Rufus Dayglo, Jeremy Geddes and Ashley Wood will be exhibiting artwork at the Beijing Gathering.
3A will be premiering 3 new publications at Gathering, Phil Hale's "Urge Ourselves Under", Ashley Wood's "Chunky Bits" and the first 3A Catalogue, "Entreat". All publications will be exclusively offered online at Bambalandstore.com from the 23rd of June.
