Toy-Teaser: Upcoming New Production Toys from Doktor A x Arts Unknown

WHO-IS: We are a new UK-based art toy company called Arts Unknown.

In the works we currently have new, and original, production pieces by Frank Kozik, Doktor A, and Gary Baseman, with more artists to follow soon.

Our chief goal is simple: to produce high-quality toys designed by talented artists. And as soon as the company has the stability it needs to be able to grow, we plan to produce work by many up-and-coming artists who haven’t yet been given the chance to break into the industry.

Although he is (relatively) new to the scene Doktor A has undoubtedly carved himself a firm place among the vinyl world’s best designers. The attention to detail in his beautifully complex production pieces is meticulous and, personally, I think that the cutting, splicing, chopping, and dicing of his custom work is second to none. It is an honour to work with such a professional and talented artist. And he’s British as well!

As soon as the Arts Unknown website is up there will be an interview with the good Doktor posted on his profile page for you guys to check out, along with prototype photos of his piece as well.
