Angry Birds x Star Wars
I am of an entire generation lost on the "Angry Birds" phenom (okay fine, maybe not "an entire gen" but just me ;p), having missed out on the iPhone game when it hit the globe, even until I saw endless rows of Angry Birds plush in neighborhood stores and night-markets, I was still oblivious to the concept, and frankly I still am… but I am no "stranger" to Star Wars … so what will happen when STAR WARS meets ANGRY BIRDS?
There will be the game, naturally, and there will be toys! Here's a "first look" from io9.com at what toys will be made available in November! The toy-line to be announced at the Toys R Us at Times Square in New York (October 8th, 10am EST), and stay tuned to angrybirds.tumblr.com!

"In Angry Birds Star Wars, a totally new edition of the game out Nov. 8 for iOS, Android and computers, the birds and pigs alike will take on the personalities of characters from the Star Wars saga. "They are not Angry Birds dressed up as Star Wars characters," says Paul Southern, vice president of licensing and consumer products marketing for Lucasfilm Ltd.
