std toys' shaolin monx vinyl figures
discovered these series of chinese kungfu-inspired vinyls (in my search for BBi-femmes) on Merit and via Plastic and Plush's NYTF-coverage:

designed by Sifu SLICK, under the STD TOYS banner and distributed by Merit International, these series of figures embody the "traditional celluloid" practisioners of kungfu, namely the Head Monk/Abbot, the crew of Student Monks and the KungFu-Master (my own intepretations, mind :p)
the above Master Po stands at approx 6"-ers tall - looking either surprised at the developments of his students' kungfu, or is just utterly horrified at the antics of his six wittle Student Monx-in-training (namely: Yee, Uhrl, Sahn, Suh, Woo & Leeyo), who stands ever ready to protect their Master Abbot :p
and then there's Jet White ... little is known about this martial-arts-master ... ~ all will be revealed in time ~
personally, am liking the Fung Shui / Celestial-tablet inspired box design, quite good luck, eh? perfect for this new year period, mind *LOL* :p
also seen at NYTF was Dez Einswell's Whyno and Memono, aka the Doodlebarn-duo [blogged] whom also falls under the STD Toys' banner!
dunno what the stories about them little spray-cans, but *cool* all overs :)
