solid snake is a tough old bird so watch it

last seen during the NewYork ToyFair [blogged] Medicom Toy's RAH 1/6 MGS Solid Snake is now available for pre-order from SideshowToys [all images via]

Solid Snake is based on the character / protagonist in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and can be yours (in the US) for USD$175 (for an estimated 2nd-quarter 2008-drop) - which some folks might scream tis a pretty steep price for an "old geezer", yeh? but look how bad-ass he looks! LOL - i don't play the game (so no emotional attachment), so speaking strictly from an outsider / design-ccentric POV = cool design, but not necessarily worth the final price, IMHO. "licensing" ain't cheap, yo! but to each his own and strictly for MGS-fans (im sure there are loads), and mayhaps folks with extra cash to pop (if i had, i would and build a 4-man assault-team, i would, hell yeah! LOL)


and then i recognized where i'd seen Batman's "new" (toy) body armor [via] from! (image-above-right / not implying anything, yeh? just the whirl-n-clickz in my mindscape ... *heh*)
