Amos Miniature Plastic Workshop & Pop-Up Store @ KK Outlet, London (May 6-31)
And while the first workshop in Japan might have missed the blog-mention on TOYSREVIL, we have news about their upcoming second Amos Miniature Plastic Workshop - happening during the month of May -specifically from May 6th to May 31st, 2011 @ KK Outlet, in London's Hoxton Square. While the exact activities to happen are being finalized (read more here), know that James and Russell from Amos will be in attendance on certain days to meet and chat with anyone interested. Along with the workshop, you will also find a "pop-up" / temporary store selling many products never before sold in the UK including Japan exclusives and merchandise from their recent festival adventures. "There is a selection of rare and long sold out Amos and Word of Pain plastic and vinyl figures. Also on show are a few of our favourite Amos projects from the past few years including the life size Caleb’s recently shown in Tokyo. James Jarvis has a small gallery of his A4 drawings available for sale."
As well do lookout for a specially produced limited, hand numbered, 16 page printed comic zine, “Caleb’s Adventures in Wonderlean”. This will be on sale exclusively at the store for the month of May. "If there are any remaining at the end of the month then, at a later date, they will go on sale to Gold Members through the on line store."
