What is it's story?
Inspector Cumulus Getting ready to start a Day of dropping lightning and thunder fighting crime in the City. The fresh smell of urban smog, and the taste of his freshly packed pipe with tobacco and the warmed up revolver from a early target practice session, pumps the inspectors adrenaline in search of a day filled with action. So now that the inspector has had a breakfast of champions he is ready to bring the storm and rain down the might of justice.
