ThreeA Toys unleashes a montage of images for the Action Portable Edition of THE ASCENDED Version of POPBOT, as part of their San Diego Comic Con line-up!
Previously available in 1/6th-scale (and only in part of a 3-Pack), now you can score yours at SDCC in 1/12th-scale. While no price is ascertained, expect a few of these toy-robots to be made available online via Bambalandstore.com somewhen - but don't expect a whole lot to be hanging around long tho …
The figure also comes at a time when the 500pcs-limited Popbot Big Beautiful Book by IDW Publishing is on pre-order (with a swell slipcase!), and possibly the announcement of a POPBOT Movie (check out the CD above-right - possibly a promo or memento of said-announcement?) - all at SDCC =tis gonna be an interesting ToyCon to be had!
