Interestingly, Scott Wilkowski has started offering "analog ordering" for his new series of figurines, whereby folks are to physically mail $$ to Scott, to order his Micro figures. Price is US$10 per piece, with International (non-USA) orders to add US$5. The offer is valid until June 1st, 2015.
