WHAT-IS: "Undercover Boss" is a television-based reality show whereby the bosses literally go undercover (in a disguise) to start work in their own companies and branches, to find out what and how the folks at ground level work, think and feels. The bosses then revert back to their identity, to face/confront the selected employees they had worked for with, while undercover
There are multiple versions in different countries, with mainly USA-based bosses constantly doling out insane amounts of $$$ :p
Saturday Night Live does their version themed after "Star Wars: Tehe Force Awakens"! "What do people say about Kylo Ren around Starkiller Base? He went on Undercover Boss and found out."
