Fanny Kao's "NORA" to debut at Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Con 2018 (Sept 8-9)
Making her first appearance at the coming weekend's Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Con (8-9 Sept 2018) is Taiwan toy-artist Fanny Kao's "NORA".
"“のら (nora)“ in Japanese means stray, and that’s where her name is adopted from. She is looking for a forever home~ Let “nora” be Nora!
Inspired by my cat, who had a serious injury when she went out walking around our neighborhood earlier this year. When she came home she was in pretty bad shape. I was really shaken but also grateful that we had adopted her, otherwise she might not have survived. At that moment, I realised that we may not be able to change the world, but we can change the lives of strays like them. #adoptdontabandon" - shared Fanny Kao (IG @fufufanny.kao)
Seen from these images, each of the colored resin pieces are different, splendid in the hues of the FuFuFanny-rainbow (Real cat not inclusive in purchase :p)! Any cat/dog-owners out there will be familiar with the "Cone of Shame" they might have made their pets wear somewhen in their lives LOL
You can adopt them at Booth MB 33 - where she'll also be offering up these collectibles - and tell them 'TOYSREVIL SENT YOU!'
