In this first of four (planned) blog-features, I'd be taking a slightly closer look at select EEMO CLOUD Customs - since launched for SILENT AUCTION by BLAXK, available to bid on HERE (Ending April 4th, 2022 (12pm SGT). Remember to read all conditions (Previously FEATURED on TOYSREVIL).



Pieces I am looking at today features (From left-to-right): Christine R.Bay, SUNG of ANATOY, VALVEE, Miss Muju and Jason Forbes AKA The JFO! All pieces are currently on display at Jessica Emmett's SHOW YOUR EEMO show at BLAXK by Action City (Funan, #01-03, Singapore).





"Coping" by Christine R. Bay (@christinerbayart / Surrealist and Maker based in Singapore) features Epoxy clay, resin, jesmonite, acrylics on the "Eemo Cloud" blank resin figure, with a Floor/Starting Bid of SG$900.

The video featurette posted below gives insight to the creation of this unique 1/1 artwork, which I've considered to be one of my favourites of the show, IMHO. Christine has as well a painting titled "Beautiful Isolation" - available for your bidding considerations (Floor Bid: SGD200). Sized 6" x 8", oils on gessoed panel, varnished, ready-to-hang.







Titled "We Are Together (ANATOY & Jessica)", this piece was created by Sung of ANATOY (Choi Ik Sung), and @theblaxkspace has a nifty write-up of the piece (and all other pieces). I hadn't noticed how "playful" this piece was, until I saw the "back" of the custom, where it showed the "Bobby" essentially chilling over the "cloud". Nice job @sung_anatoy (for South Korean toymakers @anatoy_official). Floor Bid starts at SG$800.








"Mirr" by Val Villaflor (Filipina visual artist and art director based in Singapore) AKA VALVEE presents her teal-on-black-with-rainbow-explosions color palette and deceptively cheery but dark aesthetics on the Eemo Cloud resin base (read the genesis oink the image captions below), recently seen in her growing line-up pf collectible figure featured on her IG @__valvee...! Floor bid for "Mirr" starts at SG$600.








"The MujuDaydreamer sits on top of the EemoCloud, dreaming of rainbows after the rain." is from Katie Wesel by AKA Miss Muju, with the "Rainbow Dreamer" figure (attached via Magnet) showcasing the magical and exceedingly colorful spirit of Mujuworld, with the Floor Bid starting at SG$880.

"Light Precipitation" by JFo (Jason Forbes) is a splendid construct which only moving visuals could showcase the splendour of, IMHO. "The soothing sound of water combined with the calming visual of lights, activates both the auditory and visual senses which helps with relaxation and positive mental health.". Floor Bid for this unique piece starts at SG$1,000.
