#WHATSINTHEBOXSG: "Code: Veronica" & Female 1/6 Figure Finds

"WHAT'S IN THE BOX" is a new serial series where I take a look at my toy-boxes from decades back, more likely 1/6th-scale figure-boxes, some still with original contents inside, most used as vessels to hold other toys... Let's dive in, shall we?

The figure release from Dragon Models (circa "May 2003") was part of a 2 X figure drop from Dragon Models, with "CLAIRE REDFIELD" and "CHRIS REDFIELD", from Resident Evil / Biohazard (Code: Veronica) survival horror video game.

And while I am hardly a fan of the game, I no doubt snagged the figures due to a discount, with Claire possessing a rubber-clad figure frame (not being able to see the articulation), and Chris with a decent "anime"-esque head sculpt. NOW I figure out the crossbow accessory was apart of Claire's set!

CODE: VERONICA: "It follows Claire Redfield and her brother Chris Redfield in their efforts to survive a viral outbreak at a remote prison island in the Southern Ocean and a research facility in Antarctica.". (Wiki)

INSIDE THE BOX

The first female figure (I looked at) was a kit-bashed "Svetlana - Soviet Sniper - Stalingrad 1942" from Dragon Models (watch YT unboxing review here).

The second female figure "Motoko Kusanagi AD Variant 1" action figure from the anime Ghost In the Shell, as part of the Alpha Action Doll series. I did not search for what she was wearing in my kitbash tho, and realistically, I would find a way to remove the headscupt and use on a much sturdier and competent articulated body instead, cheers.
