August 5th, 2024 Edition of TOP TEN BLOGPOSTS ON TOYSREVIL (The Past Week)



"interesting weekend" is all I can conspiracilly offer, by way of my socials' timelines reaction/results, and in this specific case, I compare WonderFestBKK and CollectedCon... Scroll thru past banner-marker below to skip my personal impressions = love y'all still, no worries (I'll never know otherwise :p)...



Best "representation" came via X (former Twitter), where even hashtag #wonderfestivalbangkok2024 yielded a splendid spread of event images, shared by folks I have zero connections to (AKA "neither followed each other")!

Instagram helped bring more #CollectedCon news to me, even in some of them are days late. No WonFesBKK news tho, or is the hashtag too long to be deciphered?

Facebook simply gave up on any relevant stories, opting instead to flood my TL with KDRAMA and KPOP-news. And #SDCC from 6 days ago. And FB has been constantly removing my link-backed posts to my blog, so cyber-abandonment is imminent (not really, EVERY link-back helps, cheers)!



To put it in further context, my posted hashtags are (mostyly) similar across my socials (cut-n-pasted without a care, thanks), with a current emphasis on X, mainly because it can still host images+video for free, while I am paying out-of-pocket for Google and Flickr, all with the aim of click-backs, more that I have "Likes" and "Shares" ... so the different results are ... "interesting". On the same token, plenty of coverage online no longer evoke hashtags (of the event itself), so maybe I am still muddling about in the dark(past), innit? LOtL

Will this impact the way I engage my bloggery and socials? I am not smart enough to figure this out, and can only burrow thru what I now know, and whatever I can figure out in time to come... THANK YOU FOR READING TOYSREVIL and keeping socially connected, cheers!
