Living The TOYSREVIL Lifestyle (Jan/12/2011)
CLICK THRU for a look at fictional Hello Kitties (that need to be made into toys), hoodies and various goodies coming along with the 3AA membership, art cards galore for The Art Hustle 2, and an international movie poster starring a Norse God.
Do feel free to email me with news and images (for posting consideration) at toysreviler [at] gmail.com. From print to posters, from shoes to apparel, from art to design, to whatever strikes my fancy!
We've posted graphic-work from New Zealand-based illustrator and Art Director Joseph Senior before (here + here), and truthfully, my personal stance about these designs being made into actual three-dimensional figurines, has not changed: They Should Be Made! - shown here are an updated few reasons why.

Without the obvious comparison of beating the horse with an old stick (or sumsuch degratory exclamation / last blogged) - peep here a quartet of images for the upcoming ART HUSTLE 2 collectible trading art cards - featuring work from (Top-down) Gary Ham, VanBeater of Crappy Cat, DrilOne and John "Spanky" Stokes. Will YOU be one of the lucky folk to score any of these chases?
Previously blogged here, goodies for the 2011 - 3AA Membership Pack from ThreeA Toys has just been unveiled - featuring an Adventure Kartel comic by T P Louise and Ashley Wood (above), an exclusive blister-carded Action Portable OYA TK ("Tomorrow King" / stands 1/12-scale), a 3AA-card (plastic credit-card material, if you need to know) and a closer look at the 3AA Hoodie! There is also the 15% discount for 12 months' worth of toys released (believe you me, that is a huge honking lot, and is tantamount to self-administering toy-poison). USS$150 scores you the whole entire lot, and a hell lot better deal than last years', lemme tell ya!
Orders start January 15th @ 9am Hong Kong time on Bambalandstore. Good Luck Hunting, folks!
Here's the International THOR movie poster, as spotted on SlashFilm. As the live-action movie sorta looses it's mystery and lustre (for me anyways), I am reminded of the 1/6th articulated figure coming from Hot Toys - which makes me wonder if the toy is actually more exciting than the movie? What are your thoughts?
