POP TOY SHOW SINGAPORE 2024



The 2024 Edition of POP TOY SHOW SINGAPORE opens Friday August 23rd and ends Sunday August 25th, 2024. The three-day event is held in Level 1 Halls A, B & C at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, with doors opened from 9AM daily (for VIPs) and 11AM for public, thru to 8PM. Ticketed Admission available to purchase online here (Read more about the benefits here).

As of this blog-post, only single/1-Day tickets are available at SG$32 (for online purchase), and SG$35 at the door on event day(s). Full image for below hall layout downloadable here, cheers.





A few "interesting" things found on the event FAQ-page, including PAYMENT METHODS - specifically for all POP MART Booths, as they do not accept cash. Accepted Payment methods are Nets, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay , Wechat Pay and Shopback.

I imagine for the individual participating artists and creators, "CASH" is always "king", for simplicity's sake in Singapore Dollars (bear in mind folks'll have to covert to their countries' currency eventually), and I wonder if PayNow or PayLah is accepted for SG-based exhibitors (I have become a convert, even if it meant dragging me kicking and screaming to do so LOL).

Now this is helpful for the toy-hunters (at least for POP MART drops?): Exclusive items will be dropped 3 times daily, 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Also "BATHROOM BREAKS"...! Specifically if you are queuing up for Signings and exclusive releases: "Should you wish to step out of your queue for a restroom break, please get the attention of any of our security staff or ushers, they will issue you a restroom break card and hold your slot for 15 mins. Please make sure you plan your restroom breaks accordingly as there will be no restroom break cards issued when we are close to an entry timing."

Either find the in-hall restrooms, or hold it all in, people!



I have attempted to feature pre-event toynews, and will attempt to do so, as much as I am able to, especially when I have just announced my STORAGE POP-UP (which'll start this Saturday / Day-2 of PTS), with most coverage to be post-event, cheers.
