Upcoming Toys on TOYSREVIL (Feb/4/2011)

A video-grab of an Uglydolls Windup from Giant Robot. Still waiting to share this particular video tho… Nevertheless I get them whenever I can. Can't believe I'm getting excited over Wind-ups too! LOL

ANDROID-GOOGLE

Andrew Bell shares images of a trio of upcoming Android designs on the DYZPlastics blog, featuring a black-w-tih-green HEXCODE (from Andrew himself - 2/16 ratio), a translucent GREENNEON from Google Inc (2/16 ration), as well a 1/16 ratio's UPCAKE from Gary Ham (of which his winter special Android is posted above-left for references sake). From the little I know, Series One came and got gobbled up real quick (from both collectors and non-toy-collectors alike!) - so I don't really expect these vinyls to be hanging around long.

Lap of Munky King shares with us 360-turn images from the upcoming Omi Series 1 - with the above walrus design by Frank Kozik, while Dave Pressler handles design for the posted-bottom monkey with brain. We've not had much info regarding MK's own DIY Omi Series, so this is quite a treat.

BUNNIGURU-KOLIN-01

And while researching for Nathan Jurevicius's Dievas Dunny, I'd come across a November 2010-tweet where he posted an image of a 7" porcelain BUNNIGURU in porcelain? Apparently produced by K.Olin in France (Potamus & Aro), this looks to be a swell ornate figure to be produced!

bitbots-winners

Fledgling UK-based toymakers Bitbots reveals the next 10 designs by 8 artists to be chosen (from their recent Design Competition) for future production considerations. Congrats to everyone involved!

UNKL-HAZMAPO

The UNKL Brand now looks to Facebook to begin their next evolution of promotions, plastering new images of their upcoming products, like the swell new Hazmapos above, as well as the "Asterix"-colored Viking Dreamer below. That's right, folks are doing it for themselves now! Also check out the Gastro Normous-alternative colorway and SearchR figure sculpt (from the SUG family - a fig still missing from my humble collection).

UPDATED: Leroy C.Product Snaps!
LEROY-C-BLACK-02

Seems everyone else has been receiving info about the upcoming LEROY C figure from a collabo between Invisible Creatures and Super7 - scheduled for a release Monday Feb 7 @ 10am PST online. Priced at US$30 per 4.25" tall all-black prototypes, Leroy is limited to 30 pieces, before the colored ones are available via Super7. The back-body spikes are irresistible, hence this post.
