New HOUNDDRAGONS & BLAZE FANG Editions from TOUMA



Japanese character designer TOUMA shares with TOYSREVIL his latest two character releases that'll be available in the coming days via Variety of events - featuring new coulorways of his HOUNDDRAGONS, and new character BLAZE FANG!



HOUNDDRAGONS follows the design aesthetics of "Knuckle Bear", one of TOUMA's classics, and commemorates TOUMA's 20th anniversary as an artist! Two new colorways will be released of this 4.75" / 12cm figure (2 Colorways were also released at DOCN 2020)!



TOY DESCRIPTION: "The dragon's name is "Hounddragons" because it looks like it has the features of a dog. Their tails are split in two, and since ancient times in Japan, the more tails a dragon has, the more spiritual power it has, and this species is believed to be in a state of spiritual awakening. The name of the individual is often compared to a jewel because of the color and brilliance of its skin."



TOY DESCRIPTION: "BLAZE FANG is a wolf character with a flame-like shape from head to back. The figure features enlarged fists at the ends, and the wolf's distinctive gums bared in a threatening expression. Flame-like detailing from the face to the back emphasizes the character's features." The character design, 3D prototype modeling, 3D output, and the Japanese factory were all made in Japan.

Since 2001, he had become a freelance figure artist, and had solo exhibitions and signing events not only in Japan, but also in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore (where I threw away any semblance of decorum and geeked out with him OMG) and America.
