When I first read about the project, I was excited, about the notion and possibilities. And when I first saw the above image, I anticipated. Then the "first" toy was revealed...
"Shin Japan Heroes Universe" AKA "S.J.H.U. PROJECT" is an amalgamation of a quartet of "SHIN" cinematic revitalizations of popular "classic" Japan fictional Super Sentai & Kaiju characters by Hideaki Anno, and together they form not just a collective in a shared cinematic universe, but also a "toy"? Maybe I let you watch this first...
This über-popular concept of combiner-mechas sees the SHIN-characters - EVANGALION (Approx 156mm tall), SHIN GODZILLA (approx 164mm tall), SHIN ULTRAMAN (approx 154mm tall) and SHIN KAMEN RIDER (approx 46mm tall)- combine to form the 240mm tall ABS+PVC+POM+PC-made "SHIN UNIVERSE ROBO", scheduled for a "January 2024" release, preorderable online here for 23,100 yen.
