"Blobrainopus” is a 3” high clear vinyl mash-up custom of a Blobpus interior brain unit on a Plaseebo Skulloctopus body. Filled with space junk guts and a motion-activated color-changing LED unit with replaceable batteries. Painted with Monster Kolor sprays and signed by Bob.

“The Coolie Ogre" is chained by the neck to the Blobrainopus is a hooded mash-up of a Plaseebo “Gnaw” head on a nastyPLT “Coolie” body. The head is covered with a hand made custom cloth hood. He has a motion-activated color-changing LED unit with replaceable batteries. Painted with Monster Kolor sprays and signed by Bob."

"General Octo-Kyoufu” is a 3 1/2” high clear vinyl mash-up custom of a Mike Pro aka A Rare Form “General Kyoufu” head on a Plaseebo Skulloctopus body. Filled with space junk guts and a motion-activated color-changing LED unit with replaceable batteries. Painted with Monster Kolor sprays and signed by Bob.

“The SUM” is chained by the neck to the General is a Plaseebo “SUM” figure with blue inset eyes and a switched motion-activated color-changing LED unit with replaceable batteries. Painted with Monster Kolor sprays and signed by Bob."

TOY STORY: "She began as an ordinary fox living out her life in a lush mountain forest and hunting prey in grassy meadows. Season after season she watched other foxes grow old and weak, but curiously, she alone grew stronger. Over time she outlived all other creatures in the forest, even her own kin. She was completely alone. She had no one else to experience her journey with except for a few ancient trees that she had watched grow from saplings."


TOY STORY (CONTINUED): "Then one day, strange upright animals arrived. They farmed her land and hunted in her forest, rendering her home scarred and unrecognizable. At first she watched them with curiosity, but when they came to cut down her only friends, the ancient trees, she knew that something must be done. By now, she was more spirit than animal and her physical form was quite malleable. She would need to use her powers of transformation to infiltrate and destroy her adversaries from within. Not knowing if she would find peace or obliteration at the hands of her enemies... she stepped out of her forest on human legs to face them head on." (@candiebolton)

The character is based on Hong Kong actor/singer Wallace Chung. From the previous images, the character looks to be wearing a huge "fur" coat? Reminds me of the swappable puffed-jacket of his Subcrew Version of ESTATE SAM 2017. I certainly appreciate enhanced playability of collectibles! :)


Japan toy-maker Grape Brain shows off a new painted version of his HELL'S CAT ONIGIRI, with the piece shown here limited to only 10pcs, to be made available at "The 8th Doki Doki Osaka Soft Vinyl Expo" - happening March 10, 2019 @ Independent Theater 2nd (Nihonbashi Naniwa-ku Osaka-shi 556-0005 / 12:00-16:00) - each 110mm tall vinyl collectible priced at 6,000 yen (approx. US$54 / SG$74).
