TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #10. Doranekon by Gargamel
DAVID TAN: To start the list, got this during Gargamel show in Angel Abby Hong Kong event (in the location so underground, it's so cool), there's always good feeling to purchased and also meet up with the artist(s). It's first time meet up for me with the team.
While Angel Abby, always managed to visit everytime i came to Hong Kong. (I remembered when Andy help me with all the Taipei Toy Festival craziness and me on the difficulties because of language barrier).
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #9. Alvin The Game Developer Larva by Science Patrol
DAVID TAN: Sometimes i do like to get weird sofubi and this amuse me, heard it's based on a real person named Alvin (which is a game developer, d-oh!).
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #8. The Goon Statue (Dark Horse Comics)
DAVID TAN: Once in a while, i do buy statue, this Goon statue is a must for me, not many of the Goon (comic character created by Eric Powell) for merchandise.

TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #6. Met Death Golem by Splurrt
DAVID TAN: Big size sofubi always been my fave, this one painted by Grody Shogun and bought straight from him during the thailand toy expo.
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #5. Mike Mignola's skeleton (Dark Horse Comics)
DAVID TAN: To get the whole figure, a set is required, similar with BAF figures, this one from Hellboy Animated mini series, one of the coolest skeleton figures i owned, not to mention the many articulations. (His back got the whole town!)
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #4. Kamen Rider Ichigo sofubi
DAVID TAN: No clue which version (got 2 versions with 2 different human head) i got, this is one of the characters i collect because it's the first aka OG of the entire Kamen Rider, collect from big figures to even an eraser!
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #3. Real x Head 'Ironman'
DAVID TAN: Never easy to get RXH figure, this one found accidentally when i visited Singapore, the price is hard to say no to...!
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #2. King Korpse by James Groman x Instinctoy (GID green blank version)
DAVID TAN: A memory when visiting Thailand Toy Expo to queue for many hours, turns out this version is not what people are queuing for, oh well, still one of the 'affordable' version to get at that time, James Groman with his insane sculpt work!
TOP TEN TOY OF 2022: #1. Bone Age T-Rex by Kenner
DAVID TAN: One of those action figures that i could not get when it's out and it's revenge time to get what i never get when i was a kid lol, so many cool cool toys during our childhood, a bone design of dinousaurs who can transform? not to mention the human figure!
FIRST TOY PURCHASE OF 2023
DAVID TAN: when i found out (late), that Dehara's releasing figure with removeable animal head, it's decided this is my first toy purchased in 2023! About Animals- Satoshi Yamamoto (Pig) series 2 by Dehara Yukinori x Paradise!
