Creature Feature @ Illustration Arts Fest 2026



Here's a look at what Creature Feature has in store for folks who attended last weekend's 2026 Illustration Arts Fest (I Did)!

WHO-ARE: Creature Feature is a trading card project born out of a lifelong love of monsters, magic, mythology and mayhem.
The project seeks to build worlds where the defining lines of fantasy and reality are feverishly blurred, perpetuating the existence of the ethereal and impossible - if but only in the palm of your hands. (/@illustrationartsfest)

Their "key release" for IAF were the first wave of CREATURE FEATURE collectible trading cards (which I previously featured here), showcasing the illustrations of a collective of artists & illustrators, for project that took over 2 & 1/2 years from genesis to fruition! And the result is amazing! I share with you folks an "unboxing" of a trio of packs I purchased at IAF (Also watchable here on Instagram)!

Also available are printed keychain charms of the Creature Feature mascot (seen on the pack cover) - designed by YELL0W), whom also custom-painted the keychain with "art infection" I snagged = SCORE!

Seen above are also some select snaps of their booth/table at IAF, which also offered PLAYMATs (illustrations by @yell0w and @cosmicchai) and assortment of game play accessories.




WHO-ARE (CONTIUNED): Beyond cards, Creature Feature is expanding into the realm of collectibles and card game paraphernalia in hopes of proudly contributing to the great legacy of nerd collector culture. (@illustrationartsfest)
